Well, things are slowly, emphasized on slowly, becoming interesting. The officer tower is completely destroyed, and the Dwarfs are all captured. It’s up to Usopp and Robin to rescue them, but they’re too busy hiding right now.
The Dwarfs sure are some naive people, huh? It’s really easy to fool them, and it’s equally easy to get information out of them as well. I feel sorry for the little fellas, but damn, can they be annoying? Come on, Brave Warrior Usopp, it’s time for you to shine already.
Meanwhile, we finally get to see the Colosseum side of the story again. Even though we didn’t get to see what Sabo really looks like, but it’s still good to have a change of pace. I’m more convinced than ever that Rebecca is going to join the crew now, and it’s really cool to reveal that the Thunder Soldier is actually Kyros. This is a twist I surely didn’t see coming.
Meanwhile, it’s sad we didn’t get to see Luffy for the second week in a row. He’s our main character after all, and I would really like to see the more of him. By the rate we’re going, it’s going to be next year when this arc is finished.
