All Out War Part 8 of 12.
Things are not going to be easy for our survivors, huh? After the destruction of Alexandria Safe-Zone, Rick’s group are all camping out at the Hilltop community. They’re damaged, they’re lost, and they need time to recover. However, things are not going to be easy for them, as the next wave of dangers are just around the corner.
Things are shaking up at Negan’s side. Not only Dwight’s identity as the double spy is revealed, it turns out we might have more allies than we realized. At the same time, it seems like Negan might figure a way to gain advantages in this war. I’m not sure if a walker-gunk weapon really works like they way he said, but I’m eager to find out.
There are some interesting character dynamics within our survivors as well. Maggie is officially a leader now, and it’s great to see how much she has grown since we first met her. At the same time, I can’t help it but feel Rick is really taking a backseat these days. Maybe the issue #127 cover is really more ominous than we expected…
Heath, Rositia, Olivia and Jesus all have some great moments too. It’s been a while since the last time Rositia has some dialogues, so it’s great to see her having something to say.
We are sure to see more actions next week, and hopefully we can find out if the weapons really work or not.
